Conditional Format Lowest Value

I am looking to conditionally format each row of items to find the lowest value, leave that value with no color, and turn the other 2 values another color. As to make it obvious which value is the lowest.

Also, if a value is duplicated AND it's the lowest than both would format to no color and the third value would turn the other color.

Simple idea, and I come close to figuring this out, just need a little "aha" moment.

There is a Condition Format called the "Red - White Color Scale". It's located on my version Excel 2013, but I'm not sure if it would be on 2010.

Or Select the range D4:F6 and make a New Rule for conditional formatting using the formula given below...
