Question How to get an Account Total to stay the same?

    Hi Guys,

I know this is my first post, But I am completely confused how to get what I'm trying achieve. Still a novice at EXCEL so sorry in advance if it is easy

I have attached my spreadsheet I am working on.

What I want to achieve is:

In the Kit total(H3) - to show what the total amount of the Kit box was after that game.
Take what was in the kitty then add the G3 amount to get the total that was in the kitty after that game

I tired Sumif but couldn't get the formula working due to the kitty always changing?
and the fact the the kitty can have amounts added and subtracted?

Not sure I am making too much sense but any help is great appreciated.
