Dynamic values by date

I have an interesting problem that I fear can only be solved with VBA. If anyone has any ideas otherwise, I’ll be very glad to see them!
I have one cell with a numeric value that is updated throughout the day. At the end of the day, whatever the final value, it is manually input into a list as per the example attached. Is there a way of recording the daily values into the list without doing so manually? Obviously a lookup formula alone won’t do it as every day will have the same value or alternatively only the current day’s value will show. It would be great to have a formula that records the daily values and transfers each value to the list by date and leaves the value there when the date changes to the following day.
