Add up values in a weeks

Hi,

I have a spreadsheet with weeks 1-52, dates and values.

I want to sum all the values per week however i dont want to manually do this every time. seen as there is 7 days in a week i was wondering if there was a way to sum 7 values every 7th cell.

I have attached my spreadsheet if this makes my problem easier to understand.
