Math Formula if Name Displays

Me and my friend are playing poker on the same account, and keeping track using Excel. It currently shows up as follows:

The question I have pertains to the "John's Share (50%)" column. I basically want this column to divide the "Session Win/Loss" column by 2, only if the name displayed under the "Player" column reads "John". Is this possible? I want it to be blank if the "Player" column reads "Brad".

I should note that the "John's Share (50%)" column currently has this formula, for example: =E3/2. This is fine, but we have to manually enter the formula everytime.
