Excel 2013 Not all items showing in a pivot table

Hello, I am working with data that is about 106K long. When I try to pivot the data and then try to filter certain items it shows that not all items are showing in a pivot table. Is there a work around this. I am not too savvy with Excel. Thanks

Pivot Tables can easily handle 106,000 rows of data. Select a cell inside of your pivot table, then under pivottable tools(options), select "Change data source". This will tell you if the pivot table is looking at all your data. If it is, you shouldn't be missing anything.

I am sorry I should have said that I am trying to filter out data within the pivot when I keep getting this message. Thanks
