Stock order system

hi all
after a solution, I have a product page with Ref number for the row, in that row is a description and a price.
What I would like to do is create a order page where I can put the ref code in and it auto completes the description and price for that row, then another page where it creates a report with the product code, description, price and the total cost after entering into the order page the quantities to order.

any ideas
