    If cells isn't N/A concatenate or &

    Hi,

I am looking for a formula that if a cell doesnt have the text N/A or is blank it doesnt include in the &. If the cell has text then so =A1&" "&B1 etc...

I have attached the spreadsheet to make more sense of this situation.

    Thanks for help in advanced.

    Put this formula in D2:

    =D1&IF(B2="N/A","",B2)

    then copy down.

    Hope this helps.

    Hi,

Thanks this is what i was looking for.

To further develop this i want to incorporate fixed text and CHAR(10) around certain cells for example; ="welcome"&(if text in b2 isnt N/A add here)&"more fixed text"&(if text in C2 isnt N/A add here) etc...

    Thanks!
