    Propagate calendar/schedule using data

    Hi all -

This is my first post, and I was wondering if anyone could help me finish this thing out.

I am trying to get my schedule to populate onto a calendar on my second sheet, as you can tell from my work I am very bad at the formulas. I can't get anything to work past the first week. I have marked everything that can happen on what days and how long it lasts, I just need help getting it to populate on the calendar.

I am shooting for something similar to WinCalendar, but I need something that I can manipulate and I don't need a calendar year (just 5-6 months max).

Any and all help is appreciated, and feel free to laugh at my attempt.

The base formula I used in the uploaded attached is:
    Formula: copy to clipboard

entered initially into cell A3 of the Calendar sheet and copied / filled across and down to E11. Then copy / paste into the upper left cell off each successive range. You will need to change the cell reference A$2 with each successive range change (it points to the date rows on the calendar) and take pains to make sure the ROWS($1:1) starts with $1:1.Hope this does what you want.

Awesome, that did exactly what I needed it too. What would I have to change in the to get the rows F & H from the MASTER to populate also?

Thanks for the help, I really appreciate it.

You could try concatenating the ranges in the first argument of INDEX.....maybe something like this:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
