    Retrive Value if multiple conditions are met

    Please, may someone can help, I have 2 sheets, one named Men Rank Placement Record and the other Men's Pics Profile, i'am trying for a formula in Cell E26 on sheet named Men's Pic Profile to retrieve the Value from Cell E3 on the sheet named Men Rank Placement Record if a Name on Cells range C5:C42 on the sheet named Men Rank Placement Record match name on Cell C3 of sheet named Men's Pics Profile and if on the range of cells F5:F42 is the value (1st) on the sheet named Men Rank Placement Record.

    To resume i need to retrieve what is on cell E3 of sheet Men's Rank Placement Record if names on named sheets match and the value (1st) is on range of cells F5:F42 on sheet named Men's Rank Placement Record.

    I tried this formula and retrieve the desire value but i can't get it to retrieve the desire value when have to met the condition of the value (1st) on range of cells F5:F42 on sheet named Men Rank Placement Record. Thanks you all very much in advance for any help!

    StringConcat is a UDF (VBA), and if you dont have that UDF on your computor, it wont work

    However, it doesnt sound like thats what ypou want to do anyway? Sounds more like you need to use something like VLOOKUP() for this

    Can you upload a small (clean) sample workbook (not a pic) of what you are working with, and what your expected outcome would look like.

    Thanks for you reply FDibbins, yes i have the UDF in my computer and i been able to use it with array formula on sheet Men' Pics Profile on cel D23 and E23, if you see on this attached workbook i been working with it on same sheet on cel F24 to look for the value i want on return, i really appreciate for you time to help me with this. copy of workbook attached
