Smile Is there a way to have headers and subheaders while using "Format as a Table"

I am creating a table and I would like to use "Format as a Table". But the table I'm creating uses headers and sub-headers. Is there a way to have both while also using "Format as a Table"? I have included an example of what I would like my table to look like.

    Thanks!
