remove duplicates - keep most current

I have attached a spreadsheet with an example of what I am trying to accomplish. I would like to remove duplicates and keep the most current entry based on date. Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your help! worked great! What happens though if I have multiple duplicates with the same unique ID? I made a change to the spreadsheet as an example.
