Table Not Allowing Sum

I am using Excel 2007 and I imported a SQL Query to run behind the scenes and pull real-time data adhoc. Well under the Design Tab - Table Style Options, I have all the boxes unchecked...header Row, Total Row, Banded Rows, 1st Column, Last Column, Banded Columns. But any time I attempt to Sum it just gives me 0?

What gives? What do I need to do to ahve this sum?

Perhaps the numbers are really text values that look like numbers.
