Night Differential Computation in Excel with varying times and no login dates

    Hello everyone!

I understand that there are several other similar threads already, and I have tried them.
However, those answers were working for the person who posted on the thread, but not specifically for me.
It would be a big big help and I'd really appreciate it if you can help me with my Night Differential dilemma.

    - Night Differential is only at 10:00 pm to 6:00 am
    - I have mixed members -> those who are receiving and not receiving Night Differential
    - Log-in Date is not available from our database. I can only pull Log In time, Log out time, and log out date

I have attached a sample excel sheet.

    Thank you so so much!!!
