    Drop down list:URGENT

    Hi Excel Expert,

Appreciate you help to guide me the correct formulas.
Refer to the attached file, I would like to sum the tax amount from Report A based on Company and Account. I hope this this amount will automatically update when I select company code from the drop down list and with difference Account.

    Many thanks in advance!!

    Re: Drop down list:URGENT

    Formula in green cell, B6:

    =SUMIFS('Report A'!$D$2:$D$54,'Report A'!$A$2:$A$54,$B$1,'Report A'!$C$2:$C$54,$A$6)

    Copy down as needed.

If you have more than 54 rows in sheet "Report A", adjust the formula accordingly.

See the logic in formula: SUM column D, tax, in sheet Report A, if column A, company, and column C, Account, are equal to selected values.

Hi there. take a look at this and tell me if it's what you want. By the way - try not to use words like "Urgent". It can put people off from answering... Everyone's problem is important to them
