How to make the contents of two cells completely interchangable

Such that, cells A1 and A2 both contain the same entry.

For example, if you type the word in CAT in A1, it will appear in A2.
Then if you immediately typed the word DOG in A2, it would replace the word CAT in A1


Is this possible without the use of VBA?
