Search and retrieve multiple pieces of information

Hi everyone,

I've been trying to solve how to do this without success, here's my problem.

I have a excel spreadsheet full of contact information, name, email, address etc. these can be up to 500k rows

If I have a list of say 50 email addresses what would be the easiest way of finding all 50 of these and extracting all the information in their rows?

Is there any other data in the cell that contains the email address?
Are all the email addresses in the same column?

No other data in the cell, and yes they are all in the same column

I made up some data that sounds representative of what you want to do. The file is attached.

With a small data base of names, emails and addresses in columns A:C and a pick list of emails in column K this formula goes into

F2 and is filled down and across until you get blank cells.
