    rename tabs from two cells

I would like to rename the tabs (sheets) at the bottom based on what is entered in cells P2 and W2. Each sheet will be for an employee, cell P2 has a drop down list for the site they work at and W2 is where I enter their name. So I would like it to read SAT John Doe. This should work only on the sheets that are not hidden.

I have seen examples of doing it from one cell but not two

    Thanks

edit...Also crossposted here, sorry didn't know that rule. I will post a link from the other site to here when I respond back to my question. Again sorry about that

Maybe you should try putting it in a procedure. I have no idea what code you have already, or where this fits, I'm just giving you a heads up as to how you do it.

Your post does not comply with Rule 8 of our Forum RULES. Do not crosspost your question on multiple forums without including links here to the other threads on other forums.

Cross-posting is when you post the same question in other forums on the web. The last thing you want to do is waste people's time working on an issue you have already resolved elsewhere. We prefer that you not cross-post at all, but if you do (and it's unlikely to go unnoticed), you MUST provide a link (copy the url from the address bar in your browser) to the cross-post.

Expect cross-posted questions without a link to be closed and a message will be posted by the moderator explaining why. We are here to help so help us to help you!

Read this to understand why we ask you to do this, and then please edit your first post to include links to any and all cross-posts in any other forums (not just this site).

Well, yes, that is a procedure. In fact, that is an event handler.

If you wanted to rename all worksheets that started with "Sheet", you could use something like:
