Drawing a line on all column

Hello,

The thing i want to do is this:

As you can see on the picture, there is a red line on the hole column T, because the current week is number 15 (B3) and the column T equal to number 15.

My question is how can i make the same thing, when my week is equal on the current to draw the line on the hole column?

Thank you in advance this is bordering me for couple of days.
