Good Afternoon,
I would like to convert column A to headers and column B data in rows. I know that the transpose will accomplish this sort of, but confused since the data repeats in the column instead of rows. I hope i explained that clear enough.

Hi there... and welcome to the Excel Forum.
Please post an Excel sheet. No-one really want to have to recontruct your data while testing possible solutions... Remember to remove ALL confidential information first!!!
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
