Pivot Table Calculation Question

Hello,

I have 4 columns of data in an excel spreadsheet. The first column is "Week", the second is "Lane", the third is "Units" and the fourth is "Performance."

Week Lane Units Performance
1 Miami-US to Japan 298 Late
2 Miami-US to Japan 296 On Time
3 Miami-US to Japan 296 On Time

I'm trying to calculate a weighted On Time Performance metric by week using an excel pivot table (as well as the units) but I can't figure out how to do so using the calculation options. If anyone has any tips, I'd love to hear them. I can do this using formulas but I want the user to be able to select and choose the performance based on a variety of options. I've included a picture summarizing what I'm looking to do if it helps.

Please post a workbook with data instead of a picture of the Pivot Table that you have created. It can't be determined from the picture what you started out with and how you arrived at what you have.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
