Removing Duplicates and Concatenating by Columns, not ROWs! Is this possible

These are three things I want to do:
1. remove duplicates by column
2. Ignore Blanks
3. Concatenate Values if they are not duplicate

So on Column K, I would like to Print Following:
K2: Apple
K3: Orange, Apple
K4:
K5: Kiwi, Apple
K6: Kiwi
K7:

And I have to repeat this for more than 10000 rows, so I really need an automated formula or code to do this.
Is this even possible? Can someone help me please please
