Hello everybody!
Good morning and Happy Bangla New Year to everybody. However, I want to input the info of my employees and for this I made a format (attached) so far I know. Now I need your help. As for example; in 'Gender' field I want to put only 'M' or 'F', in 'Marital Status' field it will be only 'M', 'U', 'W' 'D'. Same will be in 'Freedom Fighter', 'Blood Group' fields. On the other hand, there are three entries in 'Training Info' field i.e. a) Jr. Management, b) Sr. Management & c) Integrated Station Management. An employ can completed any of these of both three or two. How can I manage it? Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated. Thanks and regards.
N.B Any suggestions on any other fields will be appreciated.
