Let me explain in more detail. I have several Tabs/worksheets (example: North South ect.) As I add to each sheet I want the data to automatically transfer to the master sheet. But I want the data I entered to remain in each sheet. So every time I have new data to enter on a sheet i will have entered it in the line below the previous. Does this make sense and can anyone help?

Here is one possibility using formulae. The names of the worksheets and the ranges would have to be adjusted to suit your data. Sheet1 is used to assemble the data from worksheets 2 to 5. The Summary worksheet compacts the data.
Two methods of data assemble are given on worksheet 1.

Thank you. This is real close to what I need. A little more confusing to me but can you not just have one "consolidate" instead of 2? All I would need is for the tabs 2-5 go straight to the Summary sheet. and not in alfa or numeric order just the next cell down. Does that make sense?

I have shown 2 different ways to consolidate the data. I would go with choice 2 as it is much more simple than the first.
This is perfect other than the info entered on the other sheets are not being placed consecutively to the next cell/row at the bottom of the Summary sheet. Any way to fix that?

You can use the Data Filter on the summary worksheet to sort the data into date order.
Another thing: On Sheet1, I have allocated a limited number of entries for each worksheet. Adjust to suit. I have expanded each Sheet1 and the Summary worksheets to accommodate approximately 200 entries per worksheet. The separate worksheet data on Sheet1 is colour coded to show the rows per worksheet allocated.
Ok I can work with this. So there is no way to just skip using Sheet 1? and have all the other sheets just going straight to summary Sheet?
This could be done with VBA I'm sure. I'm just starting to learn VBA so it is well beyond me to write the code but here is a recorded macro version that seems to work.
