Highlighting duplicates across sheets

Hey all,

I'm using Excel to keep track of spelling words for my class. I have 10 weeks worth of words on Sheet 1, and I'm about to input 10 weeks worth of words on Sheet 2.

However, I'm wanting a way to highlight any duplicates on Sheet 2 so that the kids don't do the words more than once!

I've tried conditional formatting using a formula but I'm not quite sure of the commands/syntax that I'd need.

I've also tried a few VB macros that I've found online but they've all been for a specific column/range and despite trying to deconstruct the code, I haven't been able to work out how to compare the ranges in my sheets.

The range to be compared on Sheet 1 is from D5 down and across to K24. The range to be compared on Sheet 2 is from D4 down and across to M23.

I was wondering if anyone would be able to help out?
