What column(s) are giving you a problem and what is it that you are expecting and not getting?

Without trying to take apart and analyze column J, error checking the formula identified this part of the formula in J9 to be in error.
*INDEX($H$2:$H9,MATCH(MIN(IF($P$2:$P9>=-SUMIF($Q$2:$Q9,"<0"),$P$2:$P9)),$P$2:$P9,0)) which is equivalent to *INDEX($H$2:$H$9,MATCH(0,$P$2:$P$9,0)) which in turn is equivalent to INDEX($H$2:$H$9,#N/A)

The formula in the end comes down to IF(FALSE,#N/A,-(#N/A+ SUM(0))) This will end up as #N/A

......and there isn't a value to match the first argument of the MATCH function to be found in the range $P$2:$P$9

The ranges used in the formula that reference column J seem strange to me and I can't figure out why you have chosen the range that you have.

I would break all this down in steps off to the right of your data so that you can see where the calculation goes wrong then after finding the error(s) try to assemble it back into a formula for column J.

There are too many parts that I don't know how they relate to each other for me to help you further.
