    Exclamation Stripping off extra spaces between words in a cell

    Hello

    I have a document with a column that has large spaces between words. These are actually practice areas of certain attorneys.

    Please find a sample file attached with two sheets showing how it currently is and how I want it to be.

    I tried the Replace function, but it isn't working since the spaces between words aren't uniform.

    Kindly help

    Try it with a helper, I used B...
    =TRIM(A1)

    You can then, if needed, copy/paste values back over your original data, then delete the helper
