3 Employee on afternoon shift ( B shift)
2 Employee on Night Shift ( A Shift)

Each Users Processes items in numbers on a daily basis

what I need to see is that, How many ıtems Processed by each user on a daily basis (for yesterday) , Weekly basis (for 7 days Monday to Sunday) and Monthly basis between 01st and 30th days of AprilTest.xlsx for example)

    Re: Daily,Weekly,Monthly Report

I would normalize the data so you dont have columns H through O, those are dirty and make your formulas harder to build.
I would create ONE column for Shift Letter, then have all of the data essentially in the B shift range as it currently sits.

This would allow you to create pivot tables and probably not a single formula for reporting.
