How to pull vlookup or pull up multiple values from 2nd sheet- Need help fast.

In First sheet, i have a list of computers ,with 2 columns problem 1 and problem 2

In the second sheet , I have a list with computers in 1st column and all problems in 2nd column

I need the output as in sheet 3 and wanted each problem goes into separate columns
