Offset function in drop down

Hi all,

How can I create an automatic drop down list?

e.g.: Fruits List

A1) Apple
A2) Banana
A3) Beetroot
A4) Broccoli
A5) Cherry
A6) Grape

This will be dynamic; if you add on Fruits List then additional fruit will also be part of the Fruits List.
