What if Data Table Incorrect Calculation

The numbers I am getting in my What-if data table are incorrect. The value in the center of the data table (highlighted in yellow) should be the same number that is in the top left corner of the data table. What is causing this incorrect calculation, and what do I need to do to fix it?

The data table is in the 'DCF' sheet from A44:F51

I thought this post http://www.excelforum.com/excel-gene...correctly.html might be similar to my problem; however, I do not have any circular references.

Thank you in advance your time and effort.

less debt , excess cash is correct - based on the calculations that are on those 2 cells

    and
    WACC is correct
    Perpetutity Growth Rate is correct

so it looks like the calculations you have are returning the result that it finds correctly

Can you be specific about which cells are not as expected and what you expect ? and why?

    Shouldn't D48 = A44? (D48 should = 18,341.3)

Re: What if Data Table Incorrect Calculation

Solution: D not have formulas in the, "input cells." These are the cells at the top and left of the table that excel substitutes in for the values you enter in the, "row input:" and "column input:" fields in the dialog box that pops up when you first do the what-if analysis.

In my file that means removing the formulas that were in the following cells: B44:F44 and A45:A51

I'm not sure, but I believe removing these formulas removes the circular reference problem that was mention in this other thread: http://www.excelforum.com/excel-gene...correctly.html
