Sort and match data Take 2

I have a work sheet that has A-T Columns and 991 rows.

In columns A-Q is an existing product base, in columns R-T is an updated price list for A-Q it has 751 rows of data

I have both lists sorted by SKU number. Rows 1-23 are matched but there are numbers that aren’t in one list but in the other, also there are some duplicates in the original list. My main goal is to have ALL of the rows line up like the first 23 with all the corresponding data so I can update my pricing.

In my sample (attached) I have removed the pricing so this sheet only has columns A-Q I will add pricing in once I can get the sort thing figured out. Those would just be associated columns that need sorted but not by the criteria in them.

I posted a similar work sheet and with GREAT THANKS and mikeTRON’s Help got that one solved but I could not get the same "simple" solution to work with this sheetCCPricing.xlsx.

Ultimately I would like column C to match Column P (like the first 23 rows) with duplicates in C and numbers not in P to be at the bottom of the list.
So I can correct and add the pricing, delete duplicates and add new numbers to the overall list.
