    Conditional Formatting Support

    Hi guys,

I'm trying to make a spread sheet that displays time elapsed as a coloured bar.

Here's what I have so far...

    \1

There are two things I would like to achieve.

Firstly I'd like the values to show only the actual time elapsed.

For example. The blue bar is fine as it is and has a value of 95, however, I would like the red bar to start where the blue bar ends @ 95 and continue until 268. So the red bar should light up between 95-268, as its value is 173.

Secondly I would like to relate these values to the times.

For instance, 95 = 95 mins, therefore it should end @ 07:35am just over 50% of the distance between 7:00 and 8:00.

If anyone could shed some light on these problems I would be very grateful.

    Many Thanks.

    Re: Conditional Formatting Support

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.
