It's interesting that this code moves the moves formulas just as if you dragged the formulas. Does it just base it off the formula in the top left cell? I guess it would be the same thing if I did a sum formula.

The second line of code isn't valid.
And the answer to the question is, yes, it acts as though the formula is being dragged across/down
