Formula to match data in 2 columns and then algin the data in their rows.

I have data arranged in a certain format. I recieve monthly data from other people who use the same part numbers, with data associated with those part numbers in rows. Their data changes monthly and I need to copy their information into my spread sheet. I want to match our part numbers up and then copy their latest data over my previous data. Any new part numbers which don't match could go at the bottom of the sheet. I don't know how to write macro's or vba's but could follow an example. Thank you for your help.

Thank you. This "INDEX" formula worked well. I had never used the index function but it makes sense after seeing how you used it.
