Stop Counting Networkdays when a completion date is entered

    Stop Counting Networkdays when a completion date is entered

    C3= Start Date
    D3= End Date
    E3= NETWORKDAYS(C3,D3,M2:M14) where range m2:m14 are holidays
    F3=NETWORKDAYS(TODAY(),D3,M2:M14)
    G3=Date Completed

    How do I stop F3 from counting down after G3 is entered. Please help I want to be done with this file already. TIA.

    Use

    =NETWORKDAYS(MIN(TODAY(),G3),D3,$M$2:$M$14)

    While copying/dragging formula towards down "M$2:M$14" will remain same.
