Device independant development of a VBA tool

Dear all,

As a beginning VBA programmer I have a question on how to proceed with my VBA tool.

I have created an excel tool that is used to survey the use of a floorplan at any given timeframe.

The front end:
A user can click on a shape that i have placed, and a userform will popup with several options of its use.
When an option is clicked, the VBA code will write this in a 'very hidden' data sheet. Every new input will be written on a new line.
Above process can be repeated over a very long timespan.

The back end:
A seperate sheet with charts will show a real time dashboard on the entire data table.
The output is then used for presentation.

Ambition:
The tool is functional. But the downside is that it is dependant on excel and therefore on windows. My goal is to develop (even in a different language or outsource it to a developer) the tool in a device independant tool. So it could be used on iOS/Android/Windows any device somebody would have.

I have no idea what is possible in the current programming world and would like to hear from you what possible solution and programming language would be best for my goal.
