Hello. I have a column of formulas that are lookups into another file, in that column I also have sum formulas. How can I just copy and paste values for the lookup formulas and not the sum formulas?

Hi
Select the range.
Press Ctrr + F (Find option)
In the find box type vlookup (So that the cells heaving vlookup i the foemula will be select)
Click find all
A list of all the cells will be presented .
Select that list by clicking on the first cell and then using Ctra+A
Now copy and paste as you like
Thanks

Actually, the problem is that it won't let me copy and paste because the ranges are seperated. When I initially copied the formulas in, I selected blanks, but now if I have that range and try to copy paste special over itself it says that command cannot be used over multiple selections.
If the ranges are on the same sheet, then find will list all the cells, may be at different areas.
Select through the find window and then click on copy icon. The cells will be selected. you can paste them now.
Please upload a sample sheet if it does not work.
Thanks
