Making More TIck Marks/Lables in a Graph

Hi, Please see attached, I am looking through thousands of these, I need the horizontal axis to have WAY more labels, i.e. instead of going 31.46, 31.79 etc... I would want maybe 8 more horizontal axis THAT ARE LABELED between them .... ALSO I need a vertical line and label for the value of 4, preferably a darker line or red or something, can anyone teach me how to do this please? thanks

p.s. how come when I hover my cursor over the line it doesn't tell me the value? It just says "Series Lines 1"

The hover tip only says series 1 because the line is simply a line series between each of the bars.
The scaling on the vertical axis is really a categorical one rather than numeric. In order to get more labels you would need to add more categorys/data points.

I have filled the bars in on your example, in case you were not aware that was how the vertical line was being created.

I think you need to be using a xy-scatter chart to get all the things you want.
The red line on 4 is a second data series.
