Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

# Context. When you press control g, there are a bunch of ranges. Only some of them are named ranges. The rest, I'm not sure where they come from and they annoy the shyat out of me.
Have you selected one of the ranges that you don't want to find out what is selected?
Can you upload your workbook with the ranges listed with Ctrl + G that you don't want? We might be able to find out what they names are for.
