I want to learn use of Vlookup True false

I have doubt in Vlookup function that what is the use of True and False in Vlookup function and where I can use of it in my data.

True is the apprx match and false is the exact match..

You would use TRue in a sorted list, if it cannot find an exact match, it will return the next closest value above where the exact match should have been
FALSE will only ever return an exact match, and will return an error if no exact match is found
