This should be simple but the answer eludes me!!
What I need is a conditional formatting that does 2 things:
1 - If the cell before the current cell is $-, then highlight the current cell in RED
2 - If the Cell following the current cell is $-, then highlight the current cell in GREEN
Basically the a Rent Roll where the Monthly rents for each lease move monthly from Column A to Z (A crossed the columns) and the Leases IDs move 1 to 5 (down the rows). I have data back to Jan 2006 to Present for all the leases. What I want to do is HIGHLIGHT were the Leases came on the books (So, When we started paying rent) AND when they fell off (when we stopped paying rent).
