Numbering to vertical member from co-ordinates x,y,z

Dear All,

I have vertical member (column) for building.
I want numbering them for floor wise.
1) MAIN NO
2) NOS OF UNIT IN EACH MAIN NO. (FLOOR)

Logic for Main No.

1 st nos is given to largest Z value and smallest X value.
After that one increment for Main Nos( i.e 2) same value of Z and Increasing value of X.

This will repeat for second Large Value of Z.

NOS OF UNIT

For NOS OF UNIT 1st Nos in each MAIN NO. for Smallest value of Y.
Number increase as Y value will increase.

Kindly refer attached excel file, This will clarify the issue.

At present I provide number manually.

I request you to provide solution either using Macros or Formula.
