What is the best way of displaying data from an excel file on smart phones and facebook?

So im in charge of the scoring system at this sport event. Ill be using excel to keep track of results, points, athlete ranking etc. In addition to printing out the results on paper and perhaps having a few monitors showing the results, I thought it would be cool to be able to share the results from the spreadsheet on attending peoples smart phones and via social media. Im using onedrive and via that share the spreadsheets, but its clearly not ideal for smartphone browsers. When I view the spreadsheet(im just sharing one of the tabs) on my smartphone I cant zoom in or out, the spreadsheet lags a bit when navigating in it and the two lines of abcde and 12345 (what are they called again?) takes up a lot of the screen space. Unless the smart phones has a really high resolution and screen size, the users would get a really poor experience.

Here is a link to the tab im sharing:

Ideally I would like a solution thats really light weight, just shows what I want it to show and you easily zoom in and out and which between the results from different spreadsheets(ill be using 5 different spreadsheets because there are 5 separate divisions). But I have close to zero experience making websites. So far the only solution I can think off would be to take a screenshot of the spreadsheet every time there is an update and post to facebook or another site. It would look like this:

The downsides to this is that I would have to do it manually many times over. 5 spreadsheets with at least 10 updates each, so thats 50 times that I would have to upload a new picture on top of entering results and just the craziness of a day like this, and facebook would just be flooded with a stream of pictures and people wouldnt know if they are looking at the most recent or not. But on the other hand its easy to share on social media and every platform has an easy time handling pictures, perhaps ill do it anyway once the final results has come in.

TL:DR If anyone has any easy solution of how to share 5 different spreadsheets in an user friendly way on smartsphones and facebook im all ears.

This was before smart phones and the like so I don't know if it would work for you.
I used to keep a pricing worksheets up to date and did it by dumping my Excel data into an html table produced by Front Page (no longer in existence) then publishing the page. It only took a very few minutes and the results were on the net.

Another thing was to publish a PDF page but again, I don't know if that is possible for your purposes.

Just an idea with no proof that it will work on today's internet for your purposes.

I found this website where I could make my own website, and it turned out to be rather simple. Here is a link the site I have created:

    http://crossfitsommerchallenge.zohosites.com/

(it looks better on smart phones)

The way I get the data onto the website is just simply highlight the area of the spreadsheet I want to export, copy paste it into this website which converts it into a html code:

    http://tableizer.journalistopia.com/

I then copy the html code into the right elements on the website, it does take a few seconds every time I have to do it. It would be nice to find a way where the website could just automatically get the data from the spreadsheet onto the website. But for now I think ill settle for this solution.

It would appear that you have found something similar to what I had to do manually. I hope that it works out for you. I haven't a clue as to how you could automate this and gain a whole lot.
