The file is extremely big despite simple formula, please help

The file is extremely big despite simple formula. I only used some simple countif functions. However, some of the data are downloaded from another website. Would there be something in there that makes the file so large?

    Thanks!

My browser is warning me against downloading from this site. I think you are going to have to find another way to give us access to this file.

There were formulas that went the whole length of the sheet (over 1 million rows) and other things like that. I deleted all the formulae below your actual data and eliminated all excess formatting. The file is dramatically smaller. I changed the ranges to tables and that will carry down the columns the formulae that you have as they are needed and not fill up your file with formulae waiting for data.

If this format is not something that you can work with, change the tables back to ranges but only fill the formulae down the columns a few rows further than you immediately need.

I hope that this solves your problem without causing problems.
