Date Getting Converted To Text

Whenever I was importing the excel sheet in Mail Merge the date was getting converted into text. After Shareez Saleem's help I was able to get the exact format of date but now whenever I am importing excel it is showing Invalid Merge Field.
«M_2DOB» , «UPTO» and «DOB_OF_NOK» are the fields that needs to be edited. Any help will be appreciated !

Hi,

Thanks for uploading the document & worksheet.

while using the select recipients, word will open a small window to prompt us to "Confirm Data Source" , check the "Show all", it will give you a list, select "MS Excel Worksheets via DDE (*.xls).

Try this and revert to us if you still have the problem.

The fields are not exactly matching. The source field headers must not have spaces. Select the header row in Excel and do a Find and Replace for spaces. Replace the spaces with an underscore _ . Then go to Word and make sure that all the fields inserted match the source headers that no longer have spaces.
