Missing optiont to Repeat All Item Labels in Design - Report Layout

Hi all
Would anyone know if Im missing something here, I am trying to fill the blanks in a pivot table and not getting the option to Repeat All Item Labels in the Report Layout options and I only get the first 3 options.

Is this usually available in Excel 2007 or is it a later option.

2007 does not have that capability. There are workarounds, but I would just upgrade to 2010

i have 2010 but this is a shared tool I created in 2007 as all the user have 2007, is there any way around me changing it to 2010 and them being able to open it?

If you edit the pivot table in Excel 2010 your users with Excel 2007 should be able to open the file and view the pivot table. They of course will not be able to edit out what you did in 2010. Other edits should be available to them. That, at least, is what I encountered when I received a pivot table created in Excel 2013 and I am using 2010.

I had this EXACT issue at my last company. I built and maintained the forecast model used by the team (inside and outside of my location) and it worked great, until someone had 2007. It turned out they could do everything fine until they tried to update the data (which caused a refresh on all pivots).

We tried making others update their models for them, but I ended up forcing them all to update to 2010.

The corporate environment is tough when it comes to various versions of the same software being used unless there is a corporate policy where all updates are mandated to a central authority that gets and installs the updates across the board.

Thanks Mike, I'll just leave it as it is as they have come to live with not have all the line data..
