Excel symbol for not equal to

Hello Everyone,

I am on learning stage of Excel, so I know this is very simple but if I don't know so it is not so easy for me.
If I want to use not equal to sign in excel formula so how i can use of it, I just want to mention in formula that if cell A1 does not equal to zero how I can mention it.
