Capturing Daily Hours

Hi

As my title reads - i'm capturing daily hours - Its for a catch-up plan of outstanding work

Ive set it up whereby , the description of the work is in one cell then the time allocation for that specific task and another cell which is equal to the the cell with the time - if i delete the cell equal to the time allocation - it then goes into a cell with today's date. It works perfect for that day but the next day the hours move as i used the today() function which i pulled across for 2 weeks. There are 20+ sheets with this same formula

Ive been trying to think & searching the net of a way around this issue for the past 2 weeks but all roads leads me back to the same problem & im not sure how to incorporate a macro for multiple sheets

My current solution is after everyday, im deleting the formula once a task is complete which is extremely time consuming.

Any alternative suggestions in how i can improve this method would be greatly appreciated. Attached is a sample of what im working with.
