excel checkbox in cell

Hello Everyone,

I need a checkbox to change the background color of a cell when checkbox is tick off.

What's the best way, can someone please help me.

Hi Vikas,

When you create the Check Box, you usually link it to a cell where TRUE or FALSE will appear.

Assume this is A1. Simply set your Conditional Format formula to =A1=TRUE
